CCC Improvements

Katie Holt, Staff Writer

Nick Mackle made his debut as the new CCC leader at the Catholic vs. Maryville game. Mackle says he wants this year to be different from the last.
“We hope everyone has fun. Last year, I feel like no one really had fun at the game or the tailgate, so we’re trying to spice it up. Our slogan is ‘Make the CCC Great Again’,” Mackle said.
At the tailgate, there was music and dancing, but Mackle teases that there is more to come. “We’re doing new stuff, too, like a competition between grades. We also brought a game cube and a TV.”
In addition to a revamped tailgate, Mackle is also instituting new games during halftime. Mackle said, “We’re playing a new game called pitcher that should be really fun and hard. We’re also going to have eating competitions, the saltine challenge, drinking pickle juice, and senior trivia.”

Come show your support for the new and improved CCC this Friday @ Home where KCHS will take on Soddy Daisy in our Spirit Week game. The theme is black out!
